A fuel tanker owned by a Pipeline Transportation out of Jacksonville, Florida fell from the I-95 overpass in North Miami, Florida and crashed onto a church parking lot, resulting in a raging fire which forced the evacuation of a nearby school.

This ">trucking occurred at 9:00 a.m, this morning causing a section of I-95 southbound trafficto be closed until approximately 3:00 today.

Miami-Dade Fire & Rescue used fire-retardent foam to extinquish the fire. They report only one life was lost and believe that to be the driver.

One lane of the ramp remains closed at this time. The incident is still under investigaiton.
